Last category experience with Mahsa Rahbari, before four weeks, we both discussed over the call on sept 14 September about the amount of brokerage and I was told that you were supposed to discuss to your office and we supposed to be informed on Monday. After I didn’t hear anything from you about amount of the brokerage as tenants were found by me. In addition to this, my home partner was also informed by you about some relief in brokerage. After completion the deal, you are saying that nothing in your hand. So basically you have not followed your promise and words which wasn’t expected from you and I will never recommend you for any kind of deal.

Realtor or broker have to stay on our mouth word.

I text her yesterday but I didn’t give any response. I find out tenants and I take all responsibility but She took commission for paper work 4,000$.

I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience with Eric and I completed an online survey over a month ago requesting management to contact me to discuss the details and still no response from anyone. At this point it's not too presumptuous to assume that once a deal is signed and legally done the person who oversees the Realtors at Century 21 Heritage Group doesn't really care about customer satisfaction. More than enough time was given for contact and potential resolution. I will never choose Century 21 in any future real estate transactions, not just because of one horrific experience with Eric but also because there was absolutely no follow up to my concerns. If you don't mind unprofessional interactions and personal insult along with frustration, then C21 Heritage Group is the way to go. It's also interesting that most of the Google reviews were completed by employees, not clients. Choose wisely.
