I had went through four different realtors before I met with Sanjiv. My cousin referred me to Sanjiv when i was struggling through different realtors. Me and My wife worked closely with Sanjiv to buy our first dream detached home in 2023 August. It was a great pleasure working with Sanjiv and i truly admire his dedication, professionalism, follow-ups, Always on time even if i am late. Sanjeev patiently took us to multiple homes (should have seen 50 homes over one year). We had lot of questions during this journey and he patiently answered all our questions.
He is very knowledgeable in this field as he was guiding us with positives and negatives of the homes and also taught us learn the art of what we should looking when buying a home. He treated me like his own brother and he looked at the listings like he is going to buy it, he stopped me if I am not thinking in the right path. For instance, I was excited on a home and pushing Sanjiv to place an offer, but he explained the drawbacks of the home and that saved me not to put my hard earned money into some scrap.
I was able to contact Sanjiv always through phone/text/email any time of day & night to answer questions and set up bookings. When we made an offer, Sanjiv has the skill to work with the seller realtor so that we got the best deal. In fact the house we purchased, he used my daughter sentiment and got the deal less than 20K of the counter offer from seller. He has the knack of dealing with the pulse of the seller agent and it is his own unique quality. We got the deal less than our affordable price and I cant have asked more than this.
Even after the deal was completed, Sanjiv followed-up, came to our home up to make sure all is well and gives us pointers of being a new home owners, home maintenance as well as few tricks. He went one step ahead and referred few contacts related to camera, HVAC furnace, Pot lights, Garden contacts which saved us some money and his contacts were also so nice and not greedy like other handy men's.

It was a great pleasure having Sanjiv as our Realtor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a close family friend who can work as if he is buying his own home. We will be requesting his services when we plan to upsize our home or look for second property.
