Good morning everyone. What a beautiful day it is. As you all know yesterday, I took it upon myself to do a thank you post on social media for those that came out and helped.
This morning, I have three very special people that need to be thanked and as we always say, we save the best for last.
Big thank you too our mortgage broker, Paul Spiro… considering what the market and the economy is like at this point in time, and considering how the majority of us worry about the future and the unknown in terms of how things are going, this guy was an absolute beast in getting us the right numbers in order to make this move work. I know and recognize that I may not have been the easiest person to deal with, but I also know that everyone involved realizes exactly how thankful I am and how lucky I have been to know such people.
NOW, last but very not least, my wife and I cannot say thank you enough to our real estate agents, Fred Decarolis and Gabriella Fazzolari from the FredHelps Real Estate Team. I am fortunate to have been able to call Fred one of my very best friends for the past 16 years. What him and his team did went beyond Client/agent relationship. I can tell you this man literally spent sleepless nights worrying about making sure that my family and I ended up with the best Property suitable for us and to make sure we got what was right with our sale. There was not a time of day or night that I could not reach out to Fred because he was constantly there, working in the background, working at the forefront and making sure we had nothing to worry about. Because of Fred, Gabriella and Paul, my family and I are now able to start a brand new and exciting chapter in our lives. I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done especially going above and beyond. If you need a mortgage broker that is going to fight tooth and nail for you as if he would for his own family, Paul is the only guy you should call… and in terms of real estate agents, Fred and Gabriella should ever only be the ones considered for the job.
Thank you so much to the three of you. You have made a dream that we’ve had for many years a reality. I truly love you all, and I can’t wait for a big barbeque for us. All once we are fully settled in…

Fred is a walking encyclopedia. He knows all of the cities, neighborhoods, and streets on the back of his hand. As first time home buyers, this was extremely important to us as he was able to point out pros and cons of every neighborhood we were interested in.
And don’t get me started on the videos! Fred will put together 10-15 minute informative videos of places you’re interested in, homes, costs and much more!
