I was looking at a unit on Main Street (238 to be exact) for a new business venture and reached out to Andrew Casale on April 20th to book a showing. He informed me that I needed my realtor to arrange it. My current realtor only handles residential properties, so I asked if Andrew could represent me instead, and he agreed.

However, after that initial contact, communication was extremely poor. It took multiple follow-ups over several days to get any response from him. Here’s a brief timeline:

- April 22: Andrew agreed to represent me.
- April 23: I suggested possible times for a viewing.
- April 26: I followed up to confirm a time for the showing.
- April 30: I followed up again as I hadn’t received a response.
- April 30: Andrew finally replied, asking for a specific time.
- May 1: I replied with a suggested time, but Andrew never responded.
- May 7: I sent another follow-up email, which also went unanswered.

By the time I found a new agent, the property was already rented out. This was a perfect space for my venture, and now I’m back to the drawing board. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
