I’m not sure how this company got my contact number but a lady called me, used my first and last name and I confirmed it was me. She then asked me to confirm my address so I asked who she was and instead of giving me her name or company or anything she responds saying that she’s just trying to send me some mail. I asked again 3 times for her name and she just kept repeating that she wants to send me mail when I stated that she needs to identify herself before I give her anymore info, she hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times and when she finally answered she said I was very rude and proceeded to hang up the phone again. I put the number in google and this company came up.

I don’t know what kind of business is being run here but I would advise they get themselves a different receptionist or whatever she is because someone like that should not be interacting with the public. Sooo unprofessional. And yes I called and left her a “rude” voicemail, I’m sure it’s not her first one if that’s how she normally interacts with people. Disgusting, if I could give less than one star I would

Hi my name is Gregory Stewart, I’ve seen a few No Money Down Programs & even came close of joining them but felt too suspicious to signing up with them.
When I joined Sadhana’s zoom broadcast I could feel sincere & transparency in her story & her program. It felt she was about helping people more than selling a program. And as a result that got me to signed up with her as my coach & also got the lessons as well.
Since I’ve signed up 3 weeks ago in 1 coach session & few hours on the lessons have already equiped me with confidence in my journey to find my first property. It’s a 6 month program but Sadhana leaves no stones unturned with knowledgeable information available in her program. Again I’ve listen to other similar programs but I don’t see no other like Sadhana who is so sincere & transparent.
