He did not fulfill his responsibilities properly and failed to deliver on what was promised. Communication was poor, follow-ups were inconsistent, and important details were overlooked. I would not recommend is services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate experience.

Make sure you put also in the agreement that you want open houses or not because this guy will never do it for you!
