Mike is an amazing Realtor. Got to know him through a friend.
As first time home buyers, Mike walked us through the entire process in detail even before we had a mortgage approval, and he helped us understand what we need to do - how and when. We were impressed by this gesture as not all realtors will take the time out to explain how it works when it might take you years to be financially ready to buy a home!
He showed us some places and was honest about the positives, negatives, and facts to consider for every place we saw. When we found our place, Mike’s experience shone through the day we made our offer and it got accepted well within our budget and at a reasonable market price too.
After that, we had a million questions and Mike was always there for us and at times answered our repetitive questions because he understands how we as first time home buyer’s are nervous and might be questioning everything!
Mike recommended a mortgage broker and lawyer to help us with our home buying who were great too!
I highly recommend him!

Mike, Athar ans Ashlie are the absolute best at what they do! Not only were they extremely caring and sympathetic to my situation, they arranged for my whole home to be painted top to bottom, professionally cleaned, carpets steamed, and had a junk removal service come to clear the clutter.. They even came out personally and cleared my garage for me, sorting the junk from the rest so I could start packing and storing boxes. They literally went above and beyond for me, and I cry tears of appreciation just thinking about it.
They came in with a plan, walked me through everything I needed to do, and handled the rest. They had all of this arranged and taken care of within days. They took so much stress off of me, and I really felt I was treated like family.
My house was on the market for just 7 days and they were able to get me 200k above asking!
They really allowed me to put my full trust in them. And even after the sale, Ashlie helped me find a new place to live and helped me out big with that process too.❤️👌🏽
I highly recommend this team and have been telling everyone about them. I would never hire another team of agents for my real estate needs! ❤️

Michael was very supportive throughout my home search, especially given that I was pretty indecisive at times. I appreciated his guidance and patience, even though there were a few moments when things felt a bit hectic as I am a first time home buyer. Honestly, I used to think dealing with realtors was a headache and that most acted out of self-interest until I met Michael. I don’t want anyone else handling my real estate inquiries, whether it’s buying, selling, or anything in between. He’s truly the best. It is a big challenge to get right property at right time in super competitive market of GTA. Mike is extremely trustworthy, honest, resourceful and was overall amazing to work with. When we met Mike, we were first time home buyers so he took his time to walk us through the entire home buying process and always made himself available if we had any questions. We also were a bit nervous when searching for a home during Covid and Mike always ensured we were comfortable and navigated us through an unprecedented time in real estate. We never felt rushed and Mike was extremely patient while we were figuring out our criteria but also fought hard for us when it was time to make an offer on our dream house.
