Karly and Nic at Life West were an amazing team to work with! I knew of Karly through friends who have worked with her for their homes (both buying and selling) so I knew I was in good hands, but they really went and above beyond in their communication, service, and personability.

I contacted Karly about selling my condo in 2025. It was a rough time in the market for sellers all around, but it was what made sense to me and my family and Karly worked readily with that. I went in with realistic expectations, but Karly made sure to discuss, communicate, and explain every step of our strategy along the way.

She was really great at helping us find the balance between getting the value we want (e.g. renovations or not, pricing, time on market, market comparisons, etc.), but keeping us grounded at the same time with market realities. Her upbeat personality and optimism on the idea of finding the right buyer (or seller/house if you're the buyer) being a matter of "not if, but when" was certainly energizing and uplifting throughout the whole process. She backs all of that up with professionalism, sound strategy, and clear and frequent communication. Every time I had the thought I should contact Karly about an update or what to do next, she was already in my messages. And while my direct interactions were with Karly only, Nic's vision and design for staging my place was beautiful and brought new life to the unit. It gave the place a fresh look, but also allowed a lot for the imagination for a new owner.

All in all, Karly and Nic made the experience of selling my condo a breeze. They took care of basically everything once we all understood what we were looking for and Karly kept me apprised frequently about viewing schedules, feedback from the viewings, and any market changes that may affect our strategy.
