One of the most unprofessional real estate agents/firms I’ve ever dealt with. Suga has absolutely no respect for RECO guidelines and constantly engages in shady business practices. He lacks transparency, wastes time, and shows no regard for clients or fellow professionals. With that being said, I would highly recommend staying far away from this firm—and most importantly, from Suga himself.

Extremely bad experience with Fawad Hyder.
He is just concerned about getting the money and gives really bad advises, obviously on the phone.

Secondly, he never answers your email or phone once the lease has been finalized but he promices to be always with you.

To the tenants, he promices to always be on the their side, and to the owners he says he is on their side.

Scammers. Falsely accused my son for tresspassing, took 2 months of rent, and he has no place to stay as they won't give him the keys nor refund the money.
Deal with them if you don't care for your money.

Filing a lawsuit for this fraud.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. My agent told me all the agents here receive a lot of training on different real estate topics as they are very knowledgeable. Kannan helped me get the house that I really wanted and he had the answers for all the questions I had. I would get their help again in selling and buying my next house. Highly recommend!
