If we could have rated Wilson 10 stars would have been ideal because we simply cannot thank him enough for the excellent service and support that he provided to my mom who had just lost her husband and was in the process of selling her house at 89 years. From inception Wilson was courteous, caring and empathetic therefore making the sale journey quite and easy one for her.
Wilson is a true professional and took his time to explain in detail all the elements of each phase of the journey with precise clarity and patience through all the questions that was being raised. He was very dedicated and emotionally aware and adaptable through the engagement process. When there was uncertainty (dealing with an 89 year old) he was able to articulate a clear path throughout the uncertainty inclusive of diverse perspectives. Wilson's attention to detail is like none other and he made a process that already stressful, entirely smooth and stress free. Wilson always made himself available throughout the process and could be reached at any time, impecable communication skills.
