Dealt with one of their agents here. Horrible experience. Represented a client and the offer got conditionally accepted. This agent accepted another offer during our conditional period. MLS data and paperwork can prove this matter. You can’t accept any other offer during conditional period! This is realtor 101. My client didn’t want to pursue legally and agreed to sign a mutual release. The first mutual release I received from this agent only shows half of the deposit to be refunded. He claimed it’s an “error” after I confronted him. Please train your agents better, so we can improve the real estate industry overall, an industry that already has a lot of stigmas attached to it. Thank you.

I would like to take a moment and really appreciate century 21 real estate team. We got the honor of working with Zena Sbeity and she was nothing but AMAZING. She was always there every step of the way and she made sure to provide the best services. She is very professional, she knows what she’s doing and she makes the process super smooth and easy for her clients. Zena always puts her clients first; she made sure to answer all our questions, calls, text or emails in a timely manner and she was always available whenever we needed her. Being first time home buyers is not easy but, Zena definitely took away a lot of the stress that comes with it as, she was very knowledgeable and she was always there every step of the way. Any realtor can find you a home but, it takes a good realtor to find you your dream home that checks off all the boxes and that’s exactly what Zena did. She is the best realtor Hands down.
