Ken is a well known figure in the community often supporting the local kids baseball and hockey teams with his donations, time or ice cream treats.
Although we didn't know Ken from his community commitments, we crossed paths with him as the realtor on a home we were purchasing. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in terms we could understand so we decided to use him for the sale of our home as well. We knew it wouldn't be a quick process as the market was so unpredictable, but Ken kept us positive and up to date on the market changes until we finally sold. We would definitely use him again!

I'll just get right into it. I was not happy with the service I was provided. I hired him for a rental property, but it felt like he was working more for the tenant then me. I had to ask him for all tenants paperwork ...when I would call, he'd be too busy ...and call me after hours. When I'd ask for certin things...he'd tell me the tenant wouldnt be happy...and that he can find other rental properties for them instead of being on my side. Just made me feel like I had to do the work to get him to do his job. I hired him because he had great reviews and 5 stars...but I definitely didn't get that type service from him.

Ken sent me a letter telling me he had a potential buyer. I thought it was just advertising. It took a while but when I bumped into Ken I asked him about this letter. And legit he had a potential buyer. I happened to be in the market of selling my house but I told him not quite yet. A couple of months went by and he contacted me to see if I was ready. I was, but not. Anyhow he brought his potential buyer to check out the house to see if it even fit his needs. The next day Ken brought me an offer and the house sold that day and with a quick closing which I needed. Thank you Ken for putting you best foot forward in this whole deal.
