Wish they had a 0 star. My father passed away at the end of November. I got to speak to someone about this matter once and now my messages don’t get returned. We are in July and they are still trying to take payments out of his account. Please anyone help me figure out what to do. This money is needed elsewhere.

Got a representative, she said she would check on a quote and I was on hold then passed on to her voice mail automatically after a bit, I left my name and number and that i guess she'd return my call.
No reply back to this day.
The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered so far.
Business must be good if their treating potential clients like that.

Very Poor service. Shady Business. As with many insurance companies automatically denied my claim and to top it off dropped me as customer with no reason given. DO NOT do business with this company and their affiliates. They will take your money and Ghost you.

Poor response to request cancellation of policy. Lord knows I have paid enough in renewal commissions over 42+ years. If you have an affiliation with a professional organization or university, check it out. I save over $1,200 per year switching.

I was having issues with my insurance provider echelon, well I called up and after a lot of work from my broker they got me a way better deal, saving me over 300.00 a year. My broker went way above and beyond to help me and I'm truly grateful

I've been trying to call my broker now for about a month haven't been able to get a hold of her everytime I call she's either busy or I get her voice mail. I leave a voice mail everytime and still don't get a phone call back, it's super unprofessional that I have to track down my broker like this and I wouldn't recommend joining this insurance group. Very disappointed with the lack of service I haven't received

I used W.J. Wood Brokers Insurance for many years, they were then acquired by Hunt and Dopson Insurnace. I requested a policy review back in November 2019 for my renewal in January 2020. Despite following up three times with Hunt and Dopson via email and phone, I still hadn't received any review as of January 2020. Very poor service. It is unusual to have to beg for a business to service you.

Awesome staff, easy to deal with and they found me substantially cheaper insurance than the company I was with for 10 plus years.
Highly recommend giving them a call.
