Taylor was wonderful to work with. She was patient with us as first time home buyers, listening to our wants / needs and offering her input while guiding us through the process. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable in one of the most important purchases and most stressful times of our life. We never felt rushed, unheard, or like we were being unreasonable which was extremely important for our first home purchase. Taylor was the perfect realtor to work with has a first-time home buyer. She met me day 1 with a big info packet and put a lot of energy into ensuring that I was comfortable every step of the process. She also put in the extra work - finding a house that fit my needs, making calls, doing research, recommending options. Taylor provided good information and kept me aware of timelines but did not pressure me on what to do with that info. I worked briefly with another realtor who simply dumped me on her MLS site, waited until I found something to look at, and then offered no guidance except pressuring me to move forward. I was ready to give up before connecting with Taylor, and the experience has been the exact opposite. I felt like Taylor and her network of contacts were working FOR me, not just just to make a quick buck.

It is hard to choose words that describe gratitude for someone but we will try. When we started our home search the odds were stacked against us. Needing a space with enough rooms for 6 children, pets and specific locations on a budget-the odds weren’t in our favour. We were discouraged initially with a lack of suitable options. Then, Taylor found the dream house. It ticked EVERY box. So began our uphill battle to renovate and sell our separate homes, obtain financing, and work to close three deals all dependant on each other. Taylor was a calm, constant source of reassurance. She guided us wisely every step of the way insuring we were protected and getting closer every day. With her steady direction, Taylor walked us through every single step and got us over every hurdle with a smile on her face. She acted with grace as she juggled moving parts, balancing 9 spinning plates without missing a beat. She answered every text and phone call. She managed every negotiation smoothly and relayed clear details. Now that we are in our dream home, we don’t plan to require a realtor again but we will be confidently referring every one who does to contact Taylor.

Taylor was a dream to work with!
