Having lived in the building for 2 years, I believe living there had its own pros and cons.
Let's start with pros

1. Location: It is located at probably one of the best places in Downtown. You will be able to enjoy the river front, Library easily and also the bus stop is closeby which helps not waiting for busses too long.

2. View: You can enjoy beautiful view of river side or Downtown side, if you live in Upper floors (above 6th floor).

3. Swimming pool: the pool is pretty good for people who like to go for swim and is always maintained.

4. Garden plots: if you like gardening the building management will give you a garden to enjoy gardening. It is free of cost with condition that yoj maintain it all the time (during season).

5. Decent floor plan: All the units have decent floor plans.

6. Maintenence: If you register a complaint for anything in your unit, the turn around time is decent. Nothing to complain about.

7. Gym: The renovated gym is pretty awesome ( it can save you on your gym membership)

8. Site Building team: Although there are numerous reviews stating the site team to be not proactive and rude, but I can't say the same. The site team especially Vigilia was very proactive and had always responded to my emails effectively, which was continued by others after she parted ways with the building management company.

Cons:

1. Lifts: probably the worst of all cons. During the period I lived there, the lifts were troublesome every now and then. Although the building management has now started upgrading the elevators but even after more than 6 months, people are managing with 1 elevator only. This gets really challenging during school and office hours. You will find most of the people taking stairs during these hours.

2. Ventilation: the ventilation is poor inside the apartments. There is no exhaust in the kitchen, you will have to rely upon opening the windows which gets challenging during winters.
No wonder if you walk in the lobby, you can guess what's your neighbor cooking.

Although there is a ventilation duct that opens in the bathroom, but it is not effective at all. Be ready to use fragrance sprays.

3. Infiltration: Infiltration by homeless during winters is horrible. Not only you will see those guys sitting in the stairwell but sight of used syringe will also be not uncommon.

4. Security: There is a security crew in the building but their usefulness is debatable.

5. Parkade: Although the parkade has controlled entry/exit but breakage by antisocial elements in the parkade and damaging the cars (for valuables inside) is not uncommon.

6. Firealarm: every now and then you will wake up in the middle of the night to the irritating fire alarm sound. It happened so frequently that when I lived there, we just use to turn off the alarm and go back to sleep. (Very risky though). Every time it was found that it was done by antisocial elements who could not be apprehended.

NEVER & NEVER MOVE IN HERE!!
Elevator Issues! Most of the time, only one elevator is working for a 17-floor building—and occasionally, neither elevator works at all, forcing residents to take the stairs. I live on the 16th floor, and it's exhausting and unacceptable to climb all those stairs. The building management is poor and irresponsible. I do not recommend this place at all!

I stayed there for a year along with my young children. School Bus used to pick my kids for school from the door steps which is a great relief for me as a parent. The property has a great deal of amenities which is helpful to keep you fit and amused. Property location is very convenient. Property staffs are very welcoming, knowledgeable and hard working. I even got support during the weekend within a short time during my emergency. I would have definitely stayed there if I would have not bought house. Thank you Pooja and Vigilia for all your support to make our stay comfortable.

I have lived at Saskatoon Tower for a year and had mostly enjoyed my stay. I especially appreciate the work from the admin team -Vigilia and Pooja, as well as Peter, who helps with maintenance in the building. They are all very kind hearted people, and they really took the effort to make sure my move-in and out process were as smooth as possible. I’ll miss them!

This place is a joke!! Don't move Here

-They took away the best part about this place, the hot tub, which in the first place always seemed to be shut down for “maintenance” whenever we wanted to use it. The amount of time and money they spent overall doing “maintenance” on it last winter would’ve probably been enough to put a new one in if they weren’t so cheap.
-The elevators are scary and one is ALWAYS broken or stuck.
-The gate in the parkade that was installed for security purposes broke a few weeks after they installed it and was left open for at least 3 weeks.
- I have found homeless people in the stair-case at night while doing laundry and had to call police
- Laundry is 5$ a load now and continuously gets increased, if the machines work properly, most floors are broken or not working or draining properly.
- The water is always shut off every few weeks for hours. If you work a job where you need to wash your hands when you get home, don’t move here.

Would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this place. Cheers

Spacious apartments with lots of great amenities available on site. The staff is wonderful; Andrada is so helpful, welcoming, and friendly! She knows every tenant in the building by name and always takes a moment to chat and see how you are doing. It's clear she is very passionate about what she does, and she makes the building feel more like a community. Maintenance team is great too, always very quick and professional. Great place to live!

If there was an option to give 0 starts I would’ve, I’ve lived in saskatoon tower for 1.5 years and it’s been one rollercoaster. Looking at all the reviews it’s pretty safe to see that the ones giving a real review have over 10+ thumbs up and don’t go past 1 star while the ones with 5 stars are bots (under my assumption). I’ve moved between two apartments in saskatoon tower from the 6th floor to 17th and apart from the view, I’ve had on both apartments a water leakage which was shocking to see, my roommate got sick from the mold growing and moldy leaky water all over my counter and kitchen utensils and pans and pots. The management didn’t even have the audacity to give a formal apology. The hottub removed, the swimming pool introduced very late into the summer. The management (Vigilia & Pooja)staff are mediocre at best. 7/10 times if you call the office they won’t pick up. Due to urgent medical and personal circumstances I have to leave the country, even after taking to the management about this, they didn’t hesitate in continuing to take my money without any consideration. The blame isn’t all on the management it’s predominantly on the building who pay its management staff with housing (probably) to do a minimal job and save as much as they can to keep their pockets full. Even to get someone to stay at my apartment so they can pay me and I can cover for the loss of paying rent while I’m not there doesn’t work because the building requires that they approve the person. I was assured by the management team head(vigilia) I’ll hear back in a day, it’s been way over 5 business days and no news because why approve when they can take money from you directly less work for them. I urge you to reconsider moving to this apartment. Look at the reviews, the numbers don’t lie. This apartment is too pricey, low maintained, there’s only two lifts for 17 floors with 4 floors of parking and majority of the time the lifts don’t work because someone is holding it because they’re moving in. Final remarks are, DONT MOVE.
