Avoid This Realtor at All Costs

Working with Claire Sarginson was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences. She entered into a signed contract for renovations on her home, which clearly outlined that the flooring aspect would be completed for an agreed-upon price and paid at a later date. Every part of the flooring was completed to high professional trade standards, and minor deficiencies (a minor floor deficiency and minimal cleanup) were addressed promptly and without complaint.

She even brought in a third-party to inspect the work, who confirmed the quality and standard of the job. Despite that , she has since decided to completely disregard and breach the contract, and is now refusing to pay for the completed work she has benefited from.

This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s unethical. If this is how she handles agreements in her own home, I’d seriously question how she handles business with her clients. Proceed with caution.
