Both Tom and Alex have been very helpful with my rush application. Deal closed in 2 days starting Jan17, closed by 5pm on Jan18. Alex had worked on it until 11pm to prepare all documents and helped with coordinating with lawyer funding ready for me to use it.

I will recommend them to you if you need immediately access to funds or another other mortgage needs. Strongly recommended.
