We recently, Oct. '19, used Sterling Realty, Bernie Jarrar to sell our home.
We are so happy that we did. We have known Bernie for over 25 years and while we are friends, that is not why we used him as our real estate agent. It is his expertise in the business. He told us everything that we needed to do and recommended people to use. We did everything that he said and let him price it the way he felt was best. He sold it in one night! Well over asking.
We highly recommend using him to sell your home. And he also does mortgages.

We used Sterling Realty (Bernie Jarrar) to sell our home in early summer 2022, and right from the first conversation to the end of the deal, the whole process was amazing! He is patient, very good at what he does, smart in the business and excellent to deal with. He is great at negotiating and very good at communicating and getting back to you quickly. Our home sold in a day and for over asking. We highly recommend him to sell your home and his team (Kim) and their stagers who also are amazing to deal with.

Bernie Jarrar requested a viewing of our home with 3 hours notice during working hours. Didn't show up to the viewing, then cancelled the viewing half way through with no other communication. He then proceeded to dodge our realtor's calls when trying to follow up regarding the cancellation. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
