Karen Bonneteau is an incredible realtor. She is honest and straightforward; she doesn't misrepresent any part of the realty experience. When she gives you a listing amount for your house, she has done her homework and is giving you the best information she has at that time. She keeps you informed every step of the way, and lets you know exactly what is happening with your house. Karen is available seven days a week to answer questions and give information and gets back to you very quickly if she is unable to immediately answer the phone. She keeps abreast of every small detail in the process and I feel very safe knowing she will not let me down. Karen is humble and quick to take responsibility for the information she gives you. If something is not exactly as stated, she is quick to correct it and be accountable. She goes above and beyond what I would expect of a realtor and goes the extra mile with everything she does, both as the selling agent and assisting us to buy a new house in a neighbouring community. She was also clear that she was not an expert in the new community and offered to refer us to one. We liked her manner and way of dealing with us so much that we chose to have her assist us in buying there. And it worked out great. Karen is warm and approachable and supportive. She has amazing patience, and is always calm no matter what happens. Karen was very professional in all of her interactions, even when other realtors were being VERY difficult. She gave her professional opinion when asked, but fully supported us in the decisions/choices we made. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling a house, business, or property.
