Troy is the BEST realtor--he's helped me do 2 buys and 1 sell, and he's also helped my parents, brother -in-law and best friend purchase their homes. On top of his work ethic, he is ethical, which is a hard thing to find in the Vancouver market. He's quick to answer questions, even if he knows he isn't getting commission. On move-in day, he was available 24-7, and even packed up and delivered our three pets. Once could not ask for more from a real estate agent.
