With the passing of a parent, things can get awfully stressful awfully quickly. We hired Janet to sell our parent's condo in Collingwood and she did an amazing job for us. This is the only review I have ever written. My girlfriend and I purchased our first home in Collingwood with the above and beyond, incredible help of Janet. After having a bad experience with a separate realtor it almost put us off buying a home however, deciding to give it another shot, we found Janet through Google and all the positive reviews. After contacting Janet we found she was well informed and extremely helpful. Even though we had a lot of questions she never made us feel dumb. She even worked around our difficult schedules and coordinated multiple showings per night because we lived over an hour away. The home that we ended up buying, the prior owners were hesitant on permitting a walk through due to COVID but Janet vouched for us and was able to make it happen resulting in the perfect starter home for us. We are thrilled with all that she had done to make this happen for us and will continue to recommend others to her. Not only was Janet incredible and helpful but everyone she recommended (lawyer, home inspection and after sale upgrades) were all reputable and great to deal with as well. Even 6 months later we are still thrilled with all Janet has done to help us, thank you so much!
