Bought a place and closed Nov of 2024 in Belleville, during the PDI there were more than 30 things left to do. Even the home inspector (which wasn’t 3rd party btw) was like this is the worst I’ve seen. They apparently have 30 days to finish those things but none of things have even been attempted. They email saying someone will be on site but no one ever shows up. I got a leak less than one week into closing from the upstairs laundry which destroyed the ceiling on the main floor which was their fault as the cap on the water pipe wasn’t installed from the start but even that hasn’t been repaired yet. The closets upstairs aren’t even completed. I honestly made the worst decision buying from them and trusting them to have good quality and service. Paying so much money and to get such bad service, as a consumer you just feel ripped off and betrayed. Will never be buying pre construction again in my life. I don’t know if Tarion warranty will help or not but at this point I just feel screwed and will have to fork up money from my own pocket for a brand new home.

Eringate Homes truck hit and scratched my car when opening their door before driving off. I was in my car at the time.

They did not even look to check the damage or leave a note.

Would not recommend using a company with clearly low professional standards and no commitment to equipment / environmental safety.
