The Trolleybus team have been amazing! There are always people trying to negatively stereotype business developers, but Trolleybus has demonstrated to be transparent, honest and truly caring about their clients. It has to be understood the nature of the business is to buy and develop land, so definitely, some people would be against it, but that does not mean that they are out there to use and take advantage of their clients. Kent has been one of the most wonderful business person to deal with. Since day one he has been straight forward, very open and transparent about the purpose of the project, our benefits as well as their own gain. He has not hidden anything, and believe me, I did my research! Kent has gone over and beyond his duty to help us out, accommodate our needs and wants to the best of his abilities. He has become a friend who has always been pleasant, always answered all of my questions at any time of day, even on weekends. Before my wife and I decided to sell we were very sceptic until we met and spoke with Mr. Kent Chin, Director, Trolleybus Development. He had the answers to all our questions and showed us how we could gain and invest. After receiving an offer

I must say the land assembly with Kent Chin had some ups and downs, but Kent was professional and held my hand throughout the process. Being so transparent and patient with our entire block and he even helped the elderly people on our block using his kind and understanding methods.

If I had to choose someone to take care of my pets and children when I leave this life, I would choose Kent Chin ten out of ten times. I think he is also the most handsome and intelligent director of acquisitions any company has ever had.

Our experience with Trolleybus has been overall great. Since the beginning, Kent has been very helpful. He is clear, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. He answers all questions and emails faster than any service I have ever had. He replies to your emails same day in a couple of hours at most if not right away. Not only Kent but his team and colleagues are very professional, informative and respectable.

We had an unfortunate unintentional accident during the process of property surveying that Trolleybus had to do. However instead of covering up the problem and placing the blame somewhere else, which was what we were worried about, Kent, Muna and the rest of their team took ownership of the accident and apologized professionally. They addressed and fixed the issue along with compensating damages in a timely manner. We were impressed.

Even after the sale was complete, Kent was still quick with answering questions and quickly found solutions to leftover problems. It was the first time we were dealing with a city developing company and we were happy with our overall experience. Thank you Trolleybus.

Although our property was not for sale, I am glad the Trolleybus team took the initiative to reach out. I applaud Kent's persistence and professionalism to get a mutually beneficial deal done, where both sides won thanks to his teams' hard work and dedication. Talk about not taking no for an answer. My only regret is that I feel bad for pushing Kent off 4 times before agreeing to meet with him in person. It's totally different speaking over the phone and looking someone straight in the eye to discuss a deal. I can say that Kent and Trolleybus stayed true to their commitment throughout the process. From other reviews, I am not surprised that many others have benefitted graciously from working with the Trolleybus team!

My story, began with "the worst of times and the best of times". My dad passed away Aug 23, 2022, as I was down to the house to go through things, I spoke to my dad's neighbour and the conversation about my intent to eventually sell the house, segued to the neighbour asking me if I got the introductory letter from TrolleyBus.

They showed me the copy they got, and the contact person was Kent Chin. Days following, I decided to see what information I could get about the possible development of the neighbourhood.

Kent was very informative after we got past some of the pre-amble about life and death and my situation with my dad's house. In great detail he outlined the developers intention, making it very easy to see numbers and timelines.
In my case, it was truly an opportunity of a lifetime. I hope as with one of the other owners who have written a review on the same topic. I agree, happily and totally what they wrote in their review.
It has been and I think it will be a comfortable working relationship for the owners of the properties that they want to acquire and TrolleyBus! and their "front man" Kent!!!!

Cars seem very unsafe in their parking lot, and many affected by their development deals seem to feel they were scammed (per other comments).
It might be a good motivation to look at other firms based on ethics alone.
