Terrible building and management. None of the amenities actually work. The gym hasn't opened in the last 4 months and they keep promising that it would open in 2 weeks but it never does. The wifi in the common areas of the building has been down for 2 months. So amenities like business rooms cannot be used. Wifi is such a basic thing to fix I dont what is taking them so long to fix it.

This is one of the worst buildings I’ve ever lived in. Always broken or closed amenities, no outdoor space to enjoy besides some barbecues you have to put a deposit down on ( with cheques … which isn’t the most convenient ) . The gym is small and has hardly enough space and stuff to accommodate 4-5 people maybe before feeling crowded. A run down indoor pool that is always broken, management that isn’t responsive hardly and the building is low quality for the high price - I don’t usually leave Google reviews but I just want to save someone from paying the price it is to live here for no reason, go 5 minutes down the road and get your moneys worth for what you pay for.

WORST Management ever. Don't even come and rent or buy anything in this place. I know the location is amazing, but it's not worth it. You would rather stay at a home that works and are supportive. They are not at all helpful. If you need any type of help, they don't help at all. Firstly, they spam you with many emails, with rubbish rules like we are trash. Secondly, the elevators don't work at all. There are always some issues. I have been looking for a parking spot for many months, and I asked the Management if they could assist me for a couple of months; I am ready to pay the rent. And mind you, they have a hell of a lot of parking spots empty. I am spending so much on rent. I don't get to use any of my amenities because they are not ready at all. But they get the total rent. So please let me know where is the rent money going. Cause everything in the building is rubbish. Please think twice before you come here. I made a mistake and am stuck cause you cannot sublease this place.!

I agree with everyone. Beautiful place , my landlords are wonderful and kind and considerate but the PM and management are the worst I have ever experienced. As both a condo owner and a tenant , this level of incompetence and lack of compassion and people skills is the worst I have ever seen. The PM is condescending , judgemental and is never around to do her job. All they do is send emails about rules that don’t even apply because they are usually rooted in mistakes they make that they then try to rectify by shifting blame on people. The concierge is nice especially Russel, very good guy. But a lot of the younger people are constantly in their phones or chatting with others from near by buildings or on personal calls. We pay a lot of money to live here and they make us feel like we are in school or even worse, a prison. Who do these people think they are? We pay their wages essentially! LOL what a joke. I feel bullied and harassed. I have literally filed a police report. And as a person with disability who needs this kind of stress? It’s disgusting 🤮

Management in the building is virtually useless with policies that make no sense and are mostly not observed by most other property managers in the city. The developers have been slow in finishing amenities, unit number signs, and most importantly have not thought about the parking situation of their residents as there are constantly people without parking spots in a building that is not at all close to any public transit. The developers could have planned the parking situation here better given their location or should have been more lenient with their visitor parking assignment to ensure residents have a place to park first.

Elevators randomly not working for days and frequently recurring false fire alarms. Randomly FOB keys not working on certain floors. You’re lucky if the garbage chute is not out of order for days on end. Visitors parking and speeding vehicles in parking lot. People smoking and tossing cigarette butts off balconies. Endless amounts of issues at this building but the location is beautiful.

There’s a great community here, but also an equally careless community as well which offsets the benefits of living here. People need to be more considerate and look after one another and their home. Management needs to do a better job of securing the building and regulating behavior.

There’s a lot that still needs improvement before I can say this building is truly worth living in. I love my unit, but I am not thrilled with how things are being managed here.

But hey, at least you have a view.

This is a wonderful place to live, my favourite part of the city. I love being so close to High Park and the lake. We like having the playground across the street to take our baby and walking to the cheese boutique and restaurants close-by. The building is the nicest building I’ve lived in, always very clean , well staffed and our unit is just the right space for us. Super happy with everything.

DON'T RENT HERE!! Super slow management! No work gets done in time. Elevators are out of order most of the times. Garbage disposal system breaks down often. Entire building is very much still under construction, so, forget about the amenities. They'll keep on saying "it'll open next week" but that "week" never comes. "Luxury Condos", yeah, right.
