Ross being the trade coordinator is top notch, he makes sure everyone stays on top, and as a customer/homeowner i appreciate his work ethics. His guys are very easy to deal with.

I’ve owned my unit at 1181 Queens st since it was built. Like any new build you will have things that need attention when you take possession. Having owned other pre contruction units in the city I must say Skale’s client service representative Ross has been extremely helpful assisting me in resolving my issues. Even after a year he still makes himself available. Well done!

We moved in July 2021 and were very impressed with the quick response from the customer service on a number of requests for repair services in our unit. Special thanks to Ross Eskandari and Nirushan Muru who are our key contact persons at the customer service for their friendly and prompt response to have all the issues fixed and taken care of. The handymen sent into our unit not only performed in professional standard, also polite and left behind no mess. The condo building is still very much new since occupancy last year and we believe Skale Development and its teams will finish up all outstanding common areas to the highest quality and perfection.

Had a great experience with Alex at Skale who guided me through my upgrades. Not only was she available for my MANY questions, she went over and above helping me make some cool design adjustments. I also got frank advice about what choices make the most sense cost wise, and what do not. She made what could be stressful very much a pleasure.

My parents recently delivered a condo unit from skale development. I believe it is their first condo project. My parents drove 2 hours to receive the key for the unit on key release date but it was delayed without informing.

They were about a week late for the delivery which is fine but the problem was they were not ready to release the key. There were trashes from the construction in the middle of the kitchen area and lots of cigarette butts in the terrace. They delivered their final product including trashes.

My parents complained about these issues to management team, and they didn't apologize once and just ignore their complaints and tell them they can't fix something in their shower. Not mentiong about trashes they left at all.

I think the condo management team is being rude because my parents first language is not English. Buy a condo from this company is the worst experience ever and so irresponsible. Please be aware.
