We have been settling into our new Devron condo over the last few months and we are definitely feeling like we are home. The transfer from plan to reality was a very positive experience. The design team, Nina and company were wonderful over the planning period and made choosing finishes a great experience. The customer care team led by SJ have been very helpful at smoothing out the move in and settlement process. The builders themselves are very visible and approachable and definitely want all details attended to. We are very pleased with our decision to make this property our home.

I purchased with the Vanguard. We are very excited to be moving into this building. The area looks great and Devron Developments have done an amazing job with the design. It is very modern, stylish and is designed to be environmentally friendly as well. The finishes and the options available in customizing our own unit are really great. There are so many choices to make our living area more comfortable and to meet our needs and wants! They were also very helpful in helping us to make our choices and were able to answer all of our questions! It is very evident that Devron Developments are stellar at what they do. They have designed a spectacular building and we cannot wait to move in.
