Nobody picks up the garbage, months at a time; head office is unreachable; management doesn’t listen to anyone’s concerns.They hide. Noise late at night not taken care of. The place has become a dump since new management a year ago.

The units are nice, cant argue that. However it is not a very family friendly building. Most of the tenants are of a certain age bracket & won't speak to you or acknowledge you if you're not. Some of the staff are super nice (especially cindy & sergio), however some make you seem like you're an inconvenience & it's a bother to help you. A broken window went months without being fixed, a kitchen sink backed up (in multiple units including a 90+ year old man) with water that smelled so awful, & they take months to give you deposits back (& ignore your attempts to reach out). It was a shame because we would have loved to stay but we didn't feel comfortable in our own home.
ETA: finally returned my key deposit almost 5 months after moving out, & after I had to call their main office.

We moved here 4 years ago and are very happy with our apt. Not so happy with the parking lot since my husband fell and broke some ribs. We may not be here much longer if the rent keeps climbing.

Very expensive for the lack of fallow up and lack of service. I see that people moving in are paying 200 less a month than I am, not impressed at all.
