My partner and I had an exceptional experience with Sharen. To be honest, my first experience with a real estate agent was not good. I did not have the best experience with that person, and I paid a heavy price in my first real estate transaction. With that experience in mind, we were seeking a sales representative to assist us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our next one.

But with Sharen, not only was she friendly, easy to contact, and supportive throughout, she also provided sound advice regarding property value, sale strategy, and neighbourhood/home knowledge. I admit that we were relatively new to the real estate business, including market prices and property type values. We had one one-bedroom condo and were pessimistic whether it would sell without giving a steep discount, given the current market we are in. My hopes were not that high, but we relied on and followed her expertise. To my pleasant surprise, with the help of Sharen and her team, we were able to sell well within our expectations - Couldn't have done it without the staging consult and support from the Team Elfassy!

This set us in motion to look for our new home. She supported us with booking and taking us to viewing appointments for more than 15 (I think) places. We were careful in choosing our next home, and Sharen respected our philosophy and supported our long journey of finding one home that we eventually felt good about living in. After that, working with the seller to negotiate the price, advocating on our behalf regarding inspection and repairs that followed from inspection, and working closely with the lawyer and the mortgage broker to ensure that we meet the requirements for the purchase transaction before the closing date.

Beyond that, there are many other things she did to ensure a smooth transition towards the closing date, and made herself available even after the closing date (i.e once we moved in) to answer our questions and to check-in.

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Not to mention the 1% commission (the fee was clearly explained in the beginning, and there were no hidden costs). We would recommend her and team Elfassy to those who are either looking to buy their new home or sell their current home or do both! I trust that they will be in excellent hands!

We had a great experience working with the Dave Elfassy Team for the sale of our house. We met with Dave and Marina and it was like meeting a friend to do what was best for our house. Both Dave and Marina answered all of our questions before listing our house. There was absolutely no pressure from either one of them, and all answers were very thorough. Once we agreed to go with Team Elfassy – Marina was always there for us. She answered all our questions and was easily accessible via text or a quick call. She loves what she does and was always there to advocate for us. She is patient, kind, sincere, and professional which are the qualities that you would want in an agent.
