Pure laziness when it comes to client management. I was bidding on a home that Monica was selling. The offer night wasn’t successful, my offer was rejected and the home was re-listed at a higher price. Fast forward a couple weeks and another offer was made. When it came in, it ought to have been registered so that my agent would have gotten a heads up to see if I wanted to put another offer in. Monica didn’t do this, thus not acting in her clients best interests. No doubt her client would have gotten more for his home had she invited more buyers back to the table! Beware of the glitz of this agent if you’re planning to list your home with her-you may be leaving money on the table as a seller!
