When we arrived here we got so happy. First of all, the building and the apartment is so… but so beautiful and brand new! My move in was so organized and calm. After that, I had to move to another unit in the same building and we got a promotion that our parking and storage was 1Y for free plus internet. I definitely recommend this company. CG group is a great company and everything that I needed to resolve was fixed very fast. Monique is a great person too! We can talk to her and she will do her best to help as she can very fast. I loved here! Beyond everything I said, I have great memories here. As an immigrant I could make a lot of friends too. The neighbours are very friendly! Thank you for everything!

Monique and their staff have been a pleasure to deal with and even in the age of crazy rent increases in the news, CG Group kept their yearly rent increases fair. New modern units, quiet, excellent neighbours. If you are a responsible tenant who treats the property as your own, you will find this to be a great place to rent from. Best rental experience we've ever had in Moncton!

I lived in one of their apartments for over three years and had a wonderful experience. The units are modern and well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the caring and attentive management. They go the extra mile, decorating the building for Canada Day, Valentine’s, Christmas, and other special dates, making it feel like home. Highly recommended!

BUYER BEWARE

We rented an apartment at this building through a different company while having renovations completed in our real home however this building is run by CG Group LTD.

Our son has a physical disability and requires accessible parking. On several occasions I have spoken to Monique about asking her and others not to park in the accessible spaces as they are constantly misusing them.

Yesterday after weeks of asking employees to respect the accessible spaces, I attempted to call management and the call went to Monique who told me she "basically owns the company."

So apparently, Monique thinks she's above the law and respect of accessible spaces. Please be careful with renting here, they will not respect disabled parking nor will they move their vehicles when asked or are reminded that they need a placard to park there.

I’ve had nothing short of a great experience so far renting with CG Group. Bev and Monique are responsive and pleasant. As are the rest of the building staff. My oven stopped working on me a few months ago and it was replaced within two hours. You really can’t ask for better customer service than that. Maintenance, snow and garbage removal are all conducted in a timely manner. The neighbours all seem to be respectful.

I pay a fair price given the market with some real nice perks included such as utilities. If you’re still stuck renting like me, CG is the spot to do it.
