Lying and terrible sales tactics.

Drove 2.5 hours to see 66 Joliet crescent in Tiny, Ontario.

The listing has zero mention of any issues with the house.

Upon arrival and entering the house, this realtor, immediately discloses the house has critical structural issues, that will cost thousands upon thousands to inspect and repair if possible.

Delva and Michelle are flat out liars and terrible sales people.

Do not recommend at all.

Wish I could put zero stars.
