This company needs a serious management change. First off Flora is awesome, very nice and great communication! Thu on the other hand is an absolute nightmare to deal with. One of there tenants has a major leak last week from the hot water tank and reached out to us to fix it. We would have had it done on Monday and it is still yet to be addressed. Her lack of knowledge and compassion is very disturbing. Hope she learns some consideration for those who need help. TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE PAYING YOUR BILLS!

Management was unresponsive despite calling in and emailing them. At first, they said all retail units were rented out, and next thing you know, there's a "NEW" sign saying there's one unit available. I am not sure if they are being racist or judgmental of something, but the information given did not match up with their action. Warning all small business owners: they have poor customer service and a bunch of liars. Don't waste your time.

Continually harassed by building management and security to not be on the premises (the sidewalk around the block) while waiting for my bank to open. Crooks in castles with hired goons.
