BEWARE! This agent presented clients to rent my property. These tenants ended up being squatters and missed rent immediately after signing. It has been several months now with no rent paid. The reason Raziul is responsible for this is because it was recently exposed all the references and job letter Raziul presented to my real estate agent was all fake. The contact information went to people who were also associated with Raziul. We will be pursuing with every legal means to hold Raziul responsible for misrepresenting who these false tenants are.
