My realtor got an apartment from them for rental. They are not cooperative with leasing contracts and ask for advance payments. Apartment was not clean and was not freshly painted and they wouldn’t cooperate with the situation. They said it was cleaned and it was really dirty. Do not work with them and do check any realtor your will lease from! Regretssss. ☹

Amir is the best realtor I have ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and great at what he does. His communication skills are fantastic - he responds almost immediately, making you feel like you’re the most important one on his list (even though I know he has several clients and is very busy), a true sign that he cares!
