I recently sold my property and purchased a house using Hussnain Hameed and his team’s services. This was my third real estate transaction and by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with. We sold our property 100K over asking, thanks to his excellent negotiating skills. He got us our dream house in the area we wanted and a price much lower than our expectations. Unlike other agents whose primary focus is to just complete the transaction and earn their commissions, Hussnain Hameed and his team worked with us every step of the way, from staging, mortgage, lawyer and even contractors to do repair. It is easy to get loan when you have 20% down-payment and a decent job, but when you have difficulties in your case, then a realtor is not enough for you. It doesn't matter how experienced, good he is, you really need a magician. In my experience, I see Hussnain as magician. I just had a dream to own a detached house, no 20% down, had lot of issues with old realtors, they said they can't make it. Then by God's grace, one of my friend referred Hussnain, and within 1 day he managed to validate my eligibility and planned showing of 3 houses, and when I liked the second one, I signed the agreement within 5 hours. Believe me, only if God decides to make your dream come true, you will get a chance to read my comments, and then rest is in your hands. I couldn't forget the way he handled the seller and sellers realtor, to negotiate and convince them to sign the papers within 5 hours, which before the offer date. In my career I had chance to work with clients from all over the world, and I am surprised to see Hussnain's capabilities and skills, and he is purely using that in positive manner, which is really very important I believe. You just need to describe your wish, and rest will be taken care by Hussnain's team, from showing, mortgage, lawyer, till the closing date, and I heard from others that he also do a great job in enhancing the house, which am planning to do. I would refer all my friends to blind believe him and proceed.
