In my 5 months experience with Home Again, I came to conclusion they are not seriously running a business but rather feels more like using property management as a disguise for something else. Do not take your risk, stay away from them, you don't want to become a victim like me!! This company had been under crime investigation by policy and have caused all their managed properties in the area to be sealed by policy, listing removed from AirBnB!!
As a host I wasn't notified for 2 weeks until we found this out ourselves!!! And we couldn't even reach manager Daniel Jeung or Chris Thompson for proper explanation for a few days, I had to call the policy to understand what happened to our cottage -- luckily it wasn't our problem and the cottage is unsealed now , but of course there wouldn't be any compensation to the revenue lost. And I got a call from Daniel's staff that our contract with Home Again can be terminated immediately! x

In the 5 months (May - Oct 2025) when we signed the contract with Home Again as my cottage's AirBnB manager, following things happened:
1) 30-40% booking clients left a review complaining they are lack of response, not answering phones, this is causing my cottage review to drop down to lowest 10% in AirBnB reviews
2) There were multiple unpleasant incidents including party trash wasn't cleaned up at backyard, basement was flooded due to a guest broke the AC, patio furniture broken... we couldn't get response from them after multiple calls, to prevent impacting next guest we had to clean up the mess ourselves. Why bother to pay for property management company if we end up dealing with all this?
So run while you can, this company is so over

I have used Daniel and Julie for the past 23 months. I found them to have very poor communication and they also made important decisions about my property without me being notified on several occasions and when I spoke personally with Daniel about this issue, it still continued to happen. They use Hostaway as the platform for booking and you can save a lot of money just using Hostaway directly and have the SAME service. When I tried to contact them on several occasions this last time !!! I had no call back as requested, only a team member would respond through a texting app, and then suddenly I was notified by this same team member that they were no longer serving my area and were discontinuing our agreement.

This property is a SCAM. Highly FRAUDULENT. My wife and I booked for 4days, on getting there we found out that the air-conditioning wasn't working, that night was so hot . We couldn't stay even for 30 minutes, we have to leave for a hotel. They refused to refund us non of the pre-paid 4 days. If there's any rating below one-star, that's what they deserve.

Guests, please be careful from this building and the management of it....they are FRAUDULENT set of people.
