Jessica is a true professional. She is kind, patient, and took extra care to give my baby the hair cut we wanted. I also felt like my dog was less anxious then usual after a grooming session. We look forward to working with her again and appreciate the amazing job she did on our Schnauzer!!

I love this place! Carly does an AMAZing job grooming my poodle. She has been his groomer since he was a baby. He is now a 10 year old man. ?

I come to this location a couple times a month to get cat food and see the new rescue kittens and I always look forward to my visit. The store employees are always helpful and kind. The rescue, Kitty Angel, is equally great. They also price match, which I appreciate!

The experience was pleasant. There were not many people there. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was able to return an item without any difficulty.
Pets are welcome. You may bring your dog or cat if you wish.

I have been going here for the last 2 years but my heart was broken yesterday after my visit . After I got home with my dog, I realized that he had the same stain he had on his hind thigh and didn’t smell clean. The stain did come off with a wet wipe so clearly they did not run any water on him let alone wash him . I’m not one to complain but the lack of integrity on their part is reason enough for me to never visit any PetSmart store again . I will have to find a new groomer for my dog ? ?

I had the worst experience here with grooming. I have a Yorkie and they said that he became vicious. He fur was a little matted but if you knew how to groom a dog you would know how to do it without stressing a dog out. They said they had to stop half way in the middle of the grooming process. But here's pictures of how my dog was given back to me.
