Working with Aimee and her team has been smooth sailing since day one! I highly recommend her. As someone who was intimidated by the process of buying my first home, I really appreciated Aimee's thoughtful input as well as her patience dealing with my endless questions. Her website is organized with lots of details about the home buying (and selling) process. It was great to see listings that were narrowed down to what I specifically asked for.

Aimee is also incredibly flexible. At one point, I was considering 4 different areas and was changing up the type of home I thought I might buy and she had no issues with accommodating this. I also appreciated that she was able to keep me on track as someone who is in and out of the city regularly for work. She was always checking in to see if we were both on the same page on things, kept me in the loop, and I never felt pressured into making decisions. She's very resourceful and can also recommend excellent people for the other parts of the home buying process (i.e. mortgage broker, lawyer, even plumber).

I'm really happy with my new home, especially since we were able to stick with my original budget while still putting in a competitive offer! Truly amazing customer service. 5 stars all around!

Dana is a life saver when it came to finding an apartment!

So this is my story. I was in Montreal trying to find an apartment for my brother in Toronto. Reached out to Dana and the process began. Through out the journey Dana was honest, patient, and attentive to all details.

She always briefed me about the apartments with all the details I would need to know about. From the neighborhood vibe to the building advantages and disadvantages and so on.

When it came to securing the apartment we wanted one that would be available in such a short period (two days) that was not a challenge for her. She delivered! She helped in stage after securing, advising over insurance ,electricity account setup, internet. All what a tenant would need to have once occupying the apartment.

In the end, I can’t stress how much helpful Dana was through the process and how she made us feel comfortable going further.
