Read through this review and other one star reviews and understand that there is a serious and concerning issue that members are bringing up here.

I was suspended from my job for 3 months without pay for advocating for my right to have a 10 minute break. My rep did not get back to me for a full month, did not meet an agreement w/ employer until the second month, and was still denied work for the 3rd month . When I was to return to work I had very simple (Americans with Disability Act) ADA accommodations for a modified work schedule b/c of legitimate concern for my health and safety at work. As a person with a chronic illness I do not have the luxury of being overworked or treated without concern for my life which is why I tried to have these accommodations met before returning to a job that can violate laws with impunity. My employer has ignored those requests for another month (even though it violates state and federal law) and are using it as an excuse to delay me from working, and now have removed me from the schedule.
This has gone on for 4 months. There have been 4 union reps involved, a head rep, and someone from their executive office. THAT'S 6 PEOPLE FROM THIS UNION DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I've been begging them for months to do something before I am homeless and living in my car with debilitating chronic illness and severe mental health issues caused by this job and situation.
If you are considering a job that is unionized under this "union", RUN FAR AWAY. You can take a non union job and get treated poorly and dehumanized for free.

Also if you make minimum wage and are not getting a full time hours, you will make less than minimum wage after union dues.
You literally take a non union job and get treated poorly and dehumanized for free.

Please listen to the members comments here. I never in a million years would have thought I would be subjected to 4 months of this much dehumanization, lack of regard for basic laws, my life, and so much more with any job, let alone a unionized job.

Useless union, they just collect your money until you need their help they are no where to be found . Full of empty promises . My representative never answered and was never “in” the office most of the time . No communication whatsoever felt like I had to beg for a follow up.

Like the last review said, these people just sit around and collect a check, reached out to my union rep Reggie with an issue, been about a week with no reply even with a follow up. what do we pay them for?

Money hungry lazy people who’ve done nothing. Especially Lumi. 4 weeks and no updates on a grievance. This union will not fight for your rights. They sit around and do absolutely nothing. Filthy check collectors.

I have been in this Union 40 years and this has been the second time this year this Union is late sending out our pension checks. It's the third still don't have my check that should have been here on the first of December, so now I am in jeopardy of eviction. I will no longer let these people control my life. I worked hard and took alot of mess to get this pension check only to have these people mail our check out on November 30 to reach me by the time to pay my bills on time. Just sad.

The service is horrible! Been waiting for my pension paperwork, still have not received them over a 6 months of calling! Called again today, they were never sent out! Ridiculous, they sure want there union dues paid!! Very happy not to b apart of this Union.

I went there to get a ticket for Seaworld because I always come to this place to get a tickets for theme parks for my family. When I got inside the office @ 9:30am, no one was on the ticket desk and there was a note saying close but they are suppose to be open @ 8:30am. I ask one of the person who works there that I wanted to buy a Seaworld ticket for tommorow and he stated that they do not sell anymore tickets there, I have to purchase it online and they will e-mail it or send it to your phone. So I went and create an UFC account and bought the ticket online. Guess what? In 1 second I reacieved an email saying, "please allow 7-10 business days for delivery". I was really upset because Im leaving the next day and on top of that, they could not refund the money right away that I needed to buy the ticket for Seaworld. The Service in the place is getting worst and worst. I will never ever buy ticket here or online. $5-10 savings is not worth a trouble..
