Impressed by the quick fix of diagnosing a computer issue. Mohammed is someone who knows his stuff as he's been servicing the area for years. Very experienced, friendly, honest service, and good rate. Did not upcharge or recommend unnecessary parts, just let us know the facts and issue. I come from Engineering/Tech background and trust him with my electronics. I thoroughly recommend to come here for a first opinion. Avoid Best Buy Geek squad and Canada Computers

Brought my PC into Muhammad today thinking it was a power supply problem. He diagnosed it was a RAM problem instead and fixed it within an hour or less.

How is it that no one answers the phone and there is no voicemail? The store is open, you call in morning in afternoon over multiple days and it just rings and says voicemail not initialized. We will be going elsewhere due to this.

Purchased a 'refurbished' macbook air from them, it came with 3 months warranty. A week after the warranty ended, my laptop stopped working, won't charge or turn on. Brought it in to get fixed, and turns out the laptop has bad water damage, and there was even rice left in it. I am extremely careful with my devices, they sold me a completely damaged laptop. The repair guy was shocked they sold it in the condition it is in. I would have been better off buying new/refurbished macbook from Best Buy.

Our one year old mid grade lap top was slow as a result of a recent up date. In 5 minutes at the counter the owners figured out the problem. I left it with them for a clean up and picked it up 2 hours later. Works better than before. Great service is priceless. This is the place to go for great service and good value.
