The apartments are very beautiful and ideal for families, couples, or solo individuals. Moreover, management is very prompt and polite in their responses with any inquiry I posed. Both my move-in and move-out process was very seamless. Overall, I would very much recommend this building for anyone seeking a nice place to live!

Nice apartment and we enjoyed living here, but management has very poor communication and doesn't take any steps to resolve issues. During the move-in process they were excellent to deal with, but very unhappy with the way they handled us when we were in the move-out process. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are OK waiting weeks for replies to emails/calls to the management company.

The finishes are stylish and fresh. Spacious kitchen with lots of storage. If you value natural light, the large windows in the unit allow sunlight to pour in, creating an airy, open feel with open views. Friendly and responsive management team. Overall building is in great shape. Area is quiet, with lots of nearby amenities. Great and respectful community.
