Very helpful staff, everyone I dealt with for over a year were professional and took the time to walk me through. The facility is top notch, clean, bright with all the resources you need for storage. My furniture was in pristine condition with very little dust to clean off after moving them back home. Highly recommend this facility for your long and short term storage needs.

When returning trailers if first visit to your location advise customer they can just drop off trailer where they picked it up. If you need assistance unhooking then do you need to stop at customer service area to advise them you are there to drop off. When I arrived there was no one at the return dropoff area to ask this question. Since your place is so large they may have been busy. Once I knew where to drop off and advise I was there as I did want assistance unhooking. Thank you, everyone I delt with was amazing. I will use your services again in the future.

I have rented trucks here several times and picked up moving supplies on a number of occasions. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The trucks I rented were available when I needed them and in good working order. There are several options for renting trucks I have used both the 10 ft and 15 ft sizes. Their selection of packing materials and special boxes is second to none. I would definitely recommend getting your packing supplies and renting your trucks here.

Staff is great checking in. But if your getting a trailer it seems like it's self checkout.

Then I got the nobody wants to Work here . If your paying minimum wage . These are the issues for the modern day workforce.

The staff did hook up the trailer when I picked it up. But when I returned it . I did it myself because I couldn't be bothered to wait.

Facility is clean, very well maintained. Zach at the front desk expressed an extremely high level of professionalism and patience. I have a hard time navigating anything internet based, which he helped me with. I am very pleased with my unit and the overall experience.

I was provided with an exceptional costumer experience during the pick up who was very professional and resolved the minor inconvenience that was with the truck.

I also extent my thanks for the rest of the team who was very professional yet friendly and provided me with a really good costumer experience at the Milton location during the return of the truck and the subsequent rental of a storage unit.

I made this reservation for my Mom. She needed wiring work and to pick up a trailer. We made the reservation and they tried to move it. Then they told her they didn’t have the trailer she requested available (2 weeks before her pick up date). Plenty of time to get one. Then, two days before her appointment, they informed her that they have moved her appointment time because they got a bigger appointment and they’re bumping her smaller job. Then they asked her if she could pick her trailer up in Toronto instead.
All in all, completely disgusted with the service at this location.
