Bill is one of the best property managers I’ve ever had! I have been in many fields where property managers are involved and Bill is too extraordinary, he is very knowledgeable, responsive, and more importantly takes accountability for every situation.

He even went out of his way to deal with situations I needed assistance with the tenent. To have an awesome property manager like Bill was honestly a blessing for me and those people I know that currently reside by our building.

Worst management company. Would never suggest to get into any building managed by them. Takes months to fix basic urgent amenities like Elevators and Garage doors for month. If you follow up they keeps giving excuse that repair company has ordered parts. How could they be such a lack-lass attitudes towards such urgent amenities.

What a welcome by Bill Lang - THE property Manager. A strenuous closing at 77 Leland with time sensitive move from Montreal to Hamilton gave no time for me to be at site for a sensitive door lock replacement (Keys misplaced by previous owner). Bill acted on behalf of me coordinating the lock replacement without my presence.

Not just that, he was driving while the call was made, parked and listened carefully to understand the situation with patience. Immediately called the locksmith and made the appointment just before the long weekend. Thank you Bill!!!

Every time I had to deal with Bill Lang at CIE Property management regarding my unit at 77 Leland Ave in Hamilton, Bill always went extra mile to answer any questions or concerns. He takes time to resolve your issue as it's his personal issue. I am glad to know property management of 77 Leland is in good and capable hands.

cie property management -- never ever get a unit in a building managed by them as it is always such a pain to get in touch with anyone from the team. I will leave emails voicemails and text and get no reply. Unfortuantely this is a student rental building and students are a pain and always have something going on in the unit but to get even one answer i am always struggling.. Plenty of times I have asked for the number to the building super so I can not deal with these guys and just deal directly with the building super but no luck...
