EDIT: you always give notice? Then what happened in my building September 4,13,18 and 19? Because I got no notice and neither did anyone else in my building!!! And they were scheduled maintenance!!! Scumbags

2nd edit: wow. The day after you reply to my review I have no water with no notice and no emergency repairs going on. Get bent.

Finding somewhere to take your animals for 6 hours every 2 weeks so they can fumigate, elevators that stop working & strand disabled people on top floors, water that gets shut off at least once a month, busted & overprice laundry machines, and (according to some tenants) 2+ years of cockroach infestation.. all while being nickle and dimed to death-- then you'll love this company!

Since I have no idea when the water or elevators will stop working, (and it happens so often) I can't even plan around it, and I've actually been fired from jobs for being late & not being freshly showered/put together.. "my $1500/month slum caused it again" isn't an excuse any employer I've had has found acceptable... which is rather ironic because it doesn't stop them from continuing to increase my rent.

Clean and friendly staff and neighbors. Been renting for amost 5 years. The view is amazing. Great location not far from downtown or any part of the city you would like to go.

The Osgooge Property Group are excellent building managers. We have been living in one of their buildings, Juliana, for three years. The building is quiet, secure and well maintained, and professionally managed with on-site management.

The apartments are well built, the room sizes are adequate and there is a swimming pool. The admin team is easy to reach even in emergencies, the building service team is excellent in her duties and responds to repair demands swiftly. The building is kept clean always, each apartment has a storage in the basement, and every car owner has a parking lot, also COVID-19 policy is followed strictly. Overall I give them five stars.

I have been staying at Lincoln Park Towers for past few months and only have good experience so far! To be frank, during the apartment search since I had only virtual tour option to view the place due to COVID-19 protocol, I was little worried. However the agents (Stacey and later Ben) were very helpful, convincing and cleared all the doubts. The move was very smooth and building supervisor was kind enough to help with the move. The building is clean, noise-free and the apartment itself is spacious, especially there is an extra room for storage in the bedroom which is fantastic. The management and the staffs are responsive and quick. Building is at excellent location which is 15 minutes away from Kanata tech center as well as downtown. Lastly, they offer online rent payment even using your credit card with no extra fee, which I personally feel very useful. Overall I am so happy to rent this place.

I moved in here only expecting to stay 9 months max - that was 11 years ago! I have recommended it to anyone looking for a rental. Not only is the location great, but the staff have always been fantastic. So helpful, accommodating and amazing at keeping the building clean.
I can't wait for the activities to start up again - this week would have been the Christmas party which always draws a crowd, but CoVid also put a stop to the BBQ, the Ice Cream day, and many others.
