When I had to sell my home, which sold for a lot more than they quoted, they were incredibly unprofessional because it didn’t have the “bidazzle” they’re accustomed too. They even spoke about it to a friend saying it shouldn’t even be ‘standing’ not realizing who I was and who I know... Having a media specialist provide credible advice on home... who has only been in the business for a year and change is not a good idea. They may “present well” and be in the spot light as saints but they really don’t have a clue on thorough assessments ... families and homes come in a variety of settings... not to just What they “are accustomed too”...

I have edited to less stars due to the standoffish response to my review. It would have been a more effective reply if you offered some questions as to what might not have been satisfactory or offering to chat about my experience.

I can assure you that I have done business at this location and a rating of 3 stars is not a bad rating. It's just saying that my experience was "ok" - not exceptional, not amazing, just average. I can say that the reply provided to my rating didn't make it a better experience.

I'd recommend a social media relations coordinator to handle these kinds of things in future, or just have someone proof read your response before hitting send.
