This was the best experience I have had in a long time. I arrived at 1054 for an 1115 appointment. They called to get me registered at 1058. I was called back by 1120. Staff was amazing from the administration to all the nurses and Dr in the back. This urgent care is far from my house and there is one not even 5 min away but I would come back here to be treated again just based on how I was treated.

The entire staff was amazing. I was seen in a timely manner and I received the help needed. Miss Marla, I thank her. I have high anxiety while driving outside of my routine and I came in feeling disheveled and nervous. Even while being behind the desk, I felt comforted. The anxiety subsided and I didn’t feel like a burden. When I had to call because the location they sent me to for x-ray were being difficult, everything was handled with care and it was prompt. I would recommend this location

Total waste of time and money. I didn’t get to see any doctor. I got to see the nurse practitioner which she prescribed me the cough medicine. I didn’t know that nurse practitioner could prescribe any medicine!?
It seemed like a clinic scam to me.
I would not recommend coming here.
Upper respiratory infection, I could have guessed that!

I went to two urgent cares prior to coming to this location. First, I couldn’t be seen at one because I didn’t have my insurance card and didn’t know they were private owned. Second, I didn’t know if my injury was work related so I didn’t want my job to be billed for my injuries. Finally, I found this location and wishing I had come here first. I walked into a clean facility where it was nice and pleasant. I checked in and within minutes I was called to the back. Ms. Adriana assisted me and she was very kind when she asked me questions. Also NP Jodi was very helpful and kind as well. I give this facility a 5 star due to the quickness of how long my appointment took, how polite the front desk assistant was, and overall it was just a great experience for me. Thank you guys!

The PA Manny is the absolute best! He is very thorough, works VERY well with young children. He talks to you and not at you. Makes all patients and support persons feel very comfortable he is literally one of the BEST providers I’ve ever worked with. The nurses are caring, patient and engaging.

They were so awesome! I appreciated their kindness and their attention to detail, the facilities are super clean and everybody was super helpful and again so so kind. I will definitely be coming back again when I need them. 10/10 would recommend 🙂

I really like the faculty at this location. The place is clean and is very organized. The doctors that me and my family have seen are very knowledgeable and explain things thoughly. Love this place
