Kristen was great! She was the listing agent for our buyers on 275 Iron St. Kristen did a great job listing the home, communicating with the buyer’s agent, and communicating with us, the lenders on the transaction. Kristen helped us purchase our first house in Colorado. Because if work I was very limited on time. She hit the ground running and ran me all over Colorado. The first house we selected the sellers father was the selling realtor from Colorado Springs and tried to take advantage of us because he knew we were service members applying for a va loan. Kristen advises us after the seller attempted to raise the price to cover the closing costs because they thought our va money was free. She was very knowledgeable in determining which house was a quick flip immediately upon entering many houses. And pointed out areas for me to be familiar with. From plumbing, foundation, drainage to how one can identify past pest control issues. Her knowledge was priceless. After we purchased the house she stayed in contact with us and advised us on options to keep our house after the housing bubble burst. We kept the house for many years as a rental. The property management team dropped the ball and upon inspection I found that the management knew our tenants were trashing our house but didn’t tell us. Kristen helped me inspect the house and come up with a plan to sell the property. She even offered to help find a lawyer to hold the management team accountable. Her knowledge and abilities helped us sell the house when the market was really difficult. We are so thankful for her assistance and hard work. She had to take on much because I was stationed Outside the United States. I can not express how reassuring it was to have her in Colorado working for us and our benefit. Thank you Kristen and thank you to your team. If she was able to I would only use her to purchase any future property in any state I go to. I recommend her to all that go to Colorado.
