I have been living at Accora Village for 8 years. Yadav the cleaner was one of the first to welcome us into Accora. She is always in a good mood and takes the time to get to know the tenants. The recreation center has great programs. I especially love the yoga instructor Laura and her classes. Takumi who works at the recreation center is wonderful to talk with and he is also a personal trainer if you are looking for a fitness regime I recommend him. I have made many friends through the fitness programs. Accora Village is only a few minute walk to Andrew Haydon Park and the bike paths are right by which gets you to Britannia Beach easily. Bayshore mall and the bus station is close by which makes it accessible since I don't have a vehicle. I have lived in many areas of Ottawa and Accora Village is my favorite. I recommend living here. I have referred my grandfather and my uncle who now also live in Accora Village.

My experience at Sandstone in Accora Village has been excellent. The staff and maintenance team are professional and respectful. When I needed a repair, the technician arrived promptly, completed the work with care, and treated me kindly, which really stood out.

I have also interacted with security and found them responsive and effective. Their quick action gave me peace of mind and showed that residents’ safety is taken seriously. Overall, Sandstone is a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, and I appreciate the dedication of the entire Accora Village team.

Accora Village has something for everyone - from 1 and 2 bed apartments to townhomes. It has lots of green space and a recreation centre that is well equipped. It makes it very convenient. I love the convenience of the location too - with a mall nearby, the highway nearby and also the transit station right next door, it's super easy to get access to the city. I love that the Andrew Hayden park is a short walk away and that the bike path is right behind my building. Highly recommend!

I've lived here 5 years, in a townhouse, and have had excellent experiences with the management and general staff. I find they keep the premises safe and secure, with regular maintenance and quick response to any issues. Repair work when needed is done well and in a timely manner. It is a large group of buildings and there are many young families, as well as seniors, singles/couples, etc... it also has people from a variety of backgrounds. I find this mix great as it gives a much more diverse and interesting neighborhood. Local to Bayshore mall (and Walmart), Shoppers Drugmart, restaurants, small independent groceries, and a Cineplex.

I’ve been living at Accora Village and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to live in Ottawa! The facilities are top-notch, everything is always clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional, which really makes a difference. Safety and security are always on point, giving me complete peace of mind.

The Recreation Centre deserves a special mention – it’s excellent with so many amenities and activities that really enhance the community living experience. As a resident, I’d rate Accora Village 100/100. Couldn’t recommend it more!
