Steve from warranty was awesome. He did a great job during the one-year Tarion warranty inspection. He was thorough and took the time to explain the warranties. It still doesn’t change the fact Activa decided to build stacked homes on top of each other without any insulation between units. The units are unliveable because of free flow of noise from everywhere. People vacuum floors in unit above and unit below literally vibrates. Its just poor quality build that activa has used to save money and dupe people.

Activa construction is building a new development right behind my house. When we found out about the project my wife and I were very concerned about the disruption in the neighborhood. I work as a commercial truck driver and deliver to a lot of construction sites. I find the majority of them are very poorly run and have little regard for the community they are working in. The Site Supervisor Paulo Neta is running a very tight ship at this location. The site is very clean and organized. I have never seen any debris outside of the confines of the fences and the workers seem to be very respectful of the fact that they are working in our neighborhood. I feel I should also point out that unlike many other sites I have seen, the workers are always wearing their proper safety equipment. Kudos and keep up the exceptional work!
