I praise Adam Niesner Realty (Nicole) for all the help & trust they've given me as a tenant. I was behind in rent & damage & Nicole, along with Patrina (caretaker), in one of Niesner's rentals, helped me pay my rears in cleaning the buildings once a week. I don't see the negativity that people are posting. Maybe they should've been talking to the office if they were having problems with a building manager?

If I could give this rental company a lower rating I would. Calling them bad landlords would be a compliment. Basil and Andrea have no idea what is required of a good landlord. They are brutal. No support for their tenants. They try to do maintenance that they are not trained, licensed or qualified to do. For example, plumbing, electical and pest control. April moved in and advised them that a/c not working still not fixed or replaced by August.
NEVER RENT FOM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

We lived in the Northfair Apartments on Rose street the place was very well maintained the staff in the office were very friendly. Only moved because we got into a place we had applied for prior to moving in Northfair apartments..

We are living from almost 2 years but now we have to move we talk to nicole she is very nice she helps us through out the whole process and we will be back for sure but for now we have some emergency work thats why we are moving but after few months we will be back with in these 2 years we dont have any complaints the manager of our building her name is cindy she is very nice and cooprative 5 star from me and my wife to the manager and nicole

I rent a parking stall. Maintenance is always on top of shoveling after a snow fall. All the employees in the office as well are very kind and helpful.
